We can take your clinic from idea to reality. From concept to actual. We handle all elements from the planning to financing, from the building to launch!

Our job is to initially ensure the viability of your project. Once that is established we can assist in financial planning, layout planning and the regulatory challenges.

Through detailed discussions, we establish your needs and the direction of the project. We advise on estimated costs and ensure the project is viable through detailed discussions on revenues, profit and expenditure. At this stage we would offer a business plan and cashflow to highlight the discussions. Venue choice is absolutely critical and we often advise on this in respect of space, layout and the physical attributes a suitable building would need to meet your requirements

Our role is to manage the whole project keeping you earning in your current practice. We work closely with the builders, contractors and suppliers to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and with the minimal disruption to your daily work all the time ensuring you are fully informed at every step of the way. This is a huge part of what we do and will save you so much time, money and hassle.

Think of every element of your current workplace; the equipment from swap to lights, the contracts from cleaning to clinical waste....we source all of that! It's a huge undertaking and through a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers we ensure you get great value for money. We respect every decision of you, our client and we have a rule that we never spend a penny of client money without their sign off. This ensures you retain total control as to what is being sourced and at what cost.

THIRD PARTY ARRANGEMENTS

If you are contemplating building an operating theatre, it is a highly complex area to build and furnish. The Clinic Builders are experts in this field and will ensure you adhere to all the regulations relevant to this area.
We work closely with specialised companies such as Starkstorm, Brandon Medical, Daray, KH medical SHJ medical and more to ensure you get the best quality of build and compliance. By going directly we ensure high mark ups from architects or constriction companies (typically 10-15%) are avoided as we do not add a mark up.

ADDITIONAL CONTRACTS AND SERVICES

We engage with third parties who will provide contractual services to your clinic for years to come. These could be cleaning, clinical, equipment or advice. We have worked with many national companies such as Initial to ensure we understand all elements of your needs and the services these companies offer to you. We often get good discounts on their services and can ensure your interests are protected in any negotiation.

Gary is in charge of the overall effectiveness of each project. With many years of experience, Gary has a huge network of contacts in the industry and ensures the project is viable from the outset, delivered on cost and on time. Gary's goal is to ensure you are delighted with your project. he can also introduce additional services such as insurance, finance for patients and marketing.

GARY MONAGHAN - PROJECTS DIRECTOR

Annette sources and negotiates the contracts for your clinic. From waste to cleaning, IT to phone, Annette engages, specifies and completes the contracts you need for your venue.
Additionally, Annette has huge experience in patient coordination, pathways and engagement so can also assist in the establishment of the internal patient management systems essential to your clinic.

ANNETTE MONAGHAN - HEAD OF CONTRACTS

Jake joins us with an extensive background of site management and fit out. Jake has worked predominantly in the electrical sector and has worked specifically on many of our fit outs prior to joining us. Jake will focus on sites mainly in the South of the UK and will increase our capacity and knowledge immediately in essential areas.

Very hard working, Jake has a young family and loves travelling and enjoys the day to day challenges of site management and projects.

Jake McCourt - Project manager

I qualified as an RGN in 1988 and have spent the majority of my working life in theatre. The last 6 years were as theatre manager in the private sector.

I hold an anaesthetic qualification gained post registration, but have worked as a scrub and recovery practitioner too in the following specialities:

General, Gynea, plastics, max Fax, ENT, urology, dental and orthopaedics.

I also have 6 years experience in medical sales selling aneasthetic consumable products throughout the North Thames East Anglia region
